Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time omni-channel Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a left-brain / right-brain marketer who is equally driven by consumer insights, brand storytelling, and data-backed decision-making. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, shaping the customer journey, and building platform-specific marketing strategies.
Key Result Areas
- Identify and analyze growth drivers for the brand by category, platform, and channel

- Define and execute communication strategies tailored to different platforms and channels

E-commerce Executive
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our marketplace operations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working across listings, cataloging, inventory, and daily marketplace workflows to ensure smooth operations and optimized performance.
Key Result Areas
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and cataloging across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces
- Upload and manage product content including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, variants, and pricing
- Monitor and improve listing quality, SEO performance, keywords, and product discoverability
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for onboarding, approvals, promotions, and activations
- Track inventory, orders, stock-outs, and coordinate closely with warehouse teams
- Manage day-to-day operations including order flow, cancellations, returns, and customer escalations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize A+ content and ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across marketplaces
- Troubleshoot listing errors, account health issues, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, and Nykaa Partner Dashboard
- Good understanding of listing, cataloging, SEO keywords, and product content optimization
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, design, and marketing
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Finance Head
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
We are a growing consumer brand looking for a hands-on Finance Head to build and manage the finance function end-to-end. In the early phase, this role will operate as a one-person finance team, setting up systems, processes, reporting, and financial discipline. As the company scales, this role will evolve into leading and expanding the finance department.
Key Areas of Ownership
- End-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance
- Monthly closing, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting
- Financial modelling, unit economics, and inventory planning
- Audit readiness, banking coordination, and investor reporting
- Support fundraising initiatives, due diligence processes, and data room preparation
Ideal Fit

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing eCommerce experiences that drive conversions and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and Shopify Plus stores
- Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and optimize custom Shopify features, sections, and apps
- Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways seamlessly
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams to improve conversion rate optimization
- Understand and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from landing pages to post-purchase
- Improve site performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement best practices for SEO, UX, and accessibility
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve site issues, and ensure platform stability
- Support A/B testing initiatives and funnel optimization efforts
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Shopify Developer

- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
