Shipping policy

Shipping normally takes 1-2 business days from the date of order, and delivery can take between 3-5 business days. You can return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery provided there is no damage to the product. Your refund will be processed after a thorough quality check at our end. This could take up to 10 business days. If you want to exchange the product, we will schedule a return, conduct a quality check, and then ship you a new piece. This could take 1-2 weeks.
